We have added a banner at the top of the panel to indicate that this is a Teams connected channel site and permissions should be managed in Teams.

We are simplifying where users go to manage the site logo by centralizing it in the Change the Look header experience. Customers will be able to use hashtags to attach topic cards to any chat, and then users can engage the topic card by hovering over the highlight.
