Others report directly to an elected official, mayor, fire chief or county commissioners. I was fortunate to work for a senior appointed official—a Deputy County Executive.

In terms of job function, we received feedback from users involved in customer service, operations, finance, administration, and IT, as well as from elected officials. Many were also using it for citizen engagement, elected official offices, and even internally for staff IT ticket handling.
