Street Trees of Seattle is an interesting book. She chose to do this by drawing, and for the purposes of the book, she organized the content by neighborhood, focused on the primary type of tree "dominating" that particular neighborhood, although each section does list other significant trees that are also present.

Incorporate book and media related art, including projections? Architectural/public art lighting of the Metrorail station canopy. Maybe the food programs of the DC Office of Health could have its food programs housed there like WIC and SNAP. Meeting rooms that are also usable by the public. Inside the station too.
