Often places have "lots of" parking, but it's spread out across multiple properties, and they don't coordinate. While this might not be dense for a much bigger city, Sugar House is becoming the densest SLC neighborhood outside of downtown, especially along the Trax light rail line. All to the good, I was surprised to see that more than a handful of houses have gates so they can access the trail, some with elaborate connections because of grade. There were incursions onto the corridor from some houses but it was pretty rare--some bad, but many would be considered acceptable--growing stuff, art works, etc.
