At the time, my focus was trying to create a shared parking scenario, and to invest in sustainable mobility. Promoting biking, walking, and other sustainable modes is another element of TDM. Campaigns, especially focused on workers and the multiunit buildings, are in order. I'd say definitely not, the ridership is abysmal.
