Most of the patrons enrolled in this program are seniors and older adults, and many of them do not have email addresses let alone Facebook accounts.

How we did it: This report uses public and proprietary data to quantify homes that meet heightened vulnerability indicators in order to support targeted outreach and inform policy solutions. Queens and Brooklyn account for 88 percent of all at-risk homes (for data reasons, Staten Island is not included in our analysis).
