I stepped down when we moved to Salt Lake in late 2019, although I thought at the time somehow I'd be maintaining residences in both places. Master Plan contract, 2019. It should support sustainable modes (biking, walking, transit improvements) as well as parking. I mentioned it over time. Maybe bike valet services?

DC has a form of a TMD around parking, but they are very idiosyncratic, not much overall structure and coordination. Arlington and Montgomery Counties have them.
