Campaigns, especially focused on workers and the multiunit buildings, are in order. And they had "parking innovation districts" for awhile, but they were idiosyncratic, not systematic, and had many restrictions. I think a Roy Lichtenstein influenced livery, or the Multiplicity branding from Luxembourg would work. Above: Multiplicity bus.
