A significant portion of New York City’s newly built housing has relied upon a 421-a exemption.

Overview of the FSOC Report The FSOC was created in 2010 as a federal interagency committee primarily to identify threats to financial stability and recommend actions to avoid them. The selected actions, taken together, should reduce the NMS industry’s collective threat to financial stability to the point where it is no longer systemic.
