Paul Downtown Investment Strategy (report) DC has a similar initiative although I haven't read up on it (" Mayor Bowser unveils $400M plan to revamp downtown DC public spaces ," ) because I have so little faith in DC government's planning capacity. Which makes me laugh that now Mayor Bowser says she's interested in a fourth term.

In 2009, I was appointed to serve on the Community Advisory Committee, representing the Eastern Market Preservation and Development Corporation. I stepped down when we moved to Salt Lake in late 2019, although I thought at the time somehow I'd be maintaining residences in both places. Master Plan contract, 2019. Extend hours.
