It's a very important book, about the recentralization of metropolitan areas focused on center city revival. I actually have the original magazine--from an estate sale in Bethesda, found by Suzanne, not me, but it's in DC. Great images.

In 2005, I served on the advisory committee for the International Public Markets Conference which covered both DC and Baltimore that year, led a tour, etc. I first proposed to the city creating TMDs in 2005/2006. They still haven't. I mentioned it over time. I imagine it was mostly wasted. Anselm's is today. Postcard image.
